Selection of pallet stacking truck handling route：
During the material handling process of the pallet stacker, if the material flow is large and the distance is long, it means that the design of the handling arrangement is unreasonable. The choice of reclaimer handling route can be determined according to the volume and distance of the material. There are three types of handling routes: direct type, channel type and central type.
(1) Direct type: The route of various materials from the starting point to the end point is the shortest. This type is more economical, especially when the logistics volume is relatively large and the distance is short. And it is suitable for some time-critical materials.
(2) Channel type: Some materials move on a predetermined route and are transported to the same end point together with other materials from different locations. This type is suitable for less traffic and longer distances. It is more economical to use this method, especially when the destinations are irregular and scattered.
(3) Center type: various materials move from the origin to a sorting center or distribution center, and then to the destination. When the logistics volume is small and the distance is large, it is more economical to choose this form, and it is more beneficial when the factory layout is reasonable and the management level is high.
