The hoisting mechanism of the roadway stacking crane forklift is a mechanism that makes the loading platform move vertically, which is mainly composed of a motor, a brake, a reducer, an oil cylinder, a sprocket and corresponding flexible parts. The motor drives the flexible parts through the reducer to lift the cargo platform. Commonly used flexible parts are wire rope and hoisting chain. The disadvantage of chain transmission is that it has a large self-weight and may break suddenly, which is unsafe. Therefore, the transmission mechanism uses steel wire rope. The advantages of steel wire rope are light weight, safe use, low working noise, and easy maintenance.
In order for the pallet stacker to accurately, quickly, safely and automatically transport goods out of the warehouse, the following design requirements must be met:
(1) It has three-dimensional motion function, that is, the stacker forklift moves back and forth along the roadway, the loading platform moves vertically, and the fork expands and contracts in both directions along the shelf direction;
(2) To meet a certain positioning accuracy, the repeated positioning accuracy error cannot exceed 10 mm;
(3) Have safety protection measures;
(4) On the premise of satisfying strength, stiffness and reliability, try to reduce the weight of each part of the stacker to reduce the lifting power and frictional resistance during walking;
(5) Protect the warehouse environment and avoid contamination and damage of goods.
