Welding of electric stacker forklift structural parts:
The first requirement is that the electrode, wire and flux must be compatible with the material being welded. The welding groove of the electric forklift should meet the technical standards. Welding shall not have obvious defects, and the welding seam quality grade of the main stress-bearing parts of important components shall not be lower than the industry requirements.
Requirements for general parts:
(1) Requirements for chain sprockets
The frequent up and down movement of the stacker forklift platform is mainly completed by the sprocket and the chain. This requires the use of short-pitch precision roller chains. It is required that the tooth shape and tolerance of the sprocket should comply with the regulations of the industry standard, and it is especially required that the teeth and grooves of the sprocket should not have surface defects that damage the chain. In addition, the chain and sprockets must be lubricated frequently. The allowable safety factor of chain strength shall not be lower than 6.
(2) Requirements for wire ropes
The wire rope must use the specified round strand wire rope. Never use the wire rope after lengthening it. The allowable safety factor of wire rope strength shall not be less than 6.
(3) In order to prevent shock and vibration when the hydraulic stacker is stopped, it is necessary to use rubber, engineering plastics or hydraulic shock absorbers. The buffer is required to withstand the impact of the stacker at 70% of the rated load operating speed.
