Professionals should be responsible for the maintenance or adjustment of the forklift.
In a certain operating height range, the forklift can be raised and lowered freely. For the forklift used in the refrigerated room, it must be specially manufactured.
In the design and manufacture of forklifts, there are certain restrictions on the use occasions:
Where the air contains flammable and explosive dust or gas.
Used as a tractor for other vehicles.
Used to transport or lift personnel.
Responsibilities of the operator:
Only after training and approval can the forklift be operated.
Observe this manual and relevant local safety regulations and rules, and observe traffic rules.
It is strictly forbidden to operate the forklift with oil on hands and feet.
Stacker forklifts can only run on flat hard roads, such as concrete or asphalt roads. Do not work in oily areas to avoid slipping.
Ensure that the ground can bear the total weight of the stacker forklift, that is, the weight of the forklift, the weight of the load, the weight of the operation, and the weight of the personnel.
Driving and guidance during driving:
Do not brake or turn suddenly at high speeds.
On slopes, you should slow down and keep the cargo at the lowest position. When driving on slopes, you should go straight up and down. U-turns on slopes are prohibited.
If the road is slippery, slow down to prevent the forklift from idling or overturning.
Except for loading and unloading goods, the fork should drop at a height of no more than 200mm from the ground during driving. Do not lift the goods at the same time.
If your vision is blocked, ask others to guide you around to ensure safety.
Keep a safe distance from vehicles, people, and objects in front of you.
Sound the horn when speeding.
Stacking forklifts are strictly forbidden to transport people.
Before the forklift enters the elevator, make sure that the elevator can bear all the weight.
Loading and unloading cargo of stacker fork lift:
Only when unloading or fork cargo, can the fork operation be lifted, and keep a distance from the surrounding personnel. It is strictly forbidden to lift the fork during walking, and ensure that the height of the fork from the ground does not exceed 200mm.
The left and right positions of the loaded and unloaded goods are kept equal on the forks, and transportation is not allowed if unstable or unsafe.
When the goods are hoisted, it is strictly prohibited to touch the mast to prevent pinching.
The cargo can only be loaded and unloaded within the range of the maximum lifting capacity and load center allowed by the forklift, and the cargo should be adjusted to fall on the symmetrical position of the fork according to the external dimensions of the cargo. See load curve for details.
Particular care should be taken when loading and unloading excessively high and heavy cargo. For the loading and unloading of high-height goods, forklifts should be equipped with racks.
Notes for parking:
After the forklift is stopped, put the fork to the lowest point and brake the forklift. .
Forklift trucks are not allowed to park on slopes.
The forklift should be parked at the designated place.
Forklifts are not allowed to park at the emergency exit.
Do not park the forklift in a place that obstructs work.
The power must be turned off after the forklift is parked.
