Preparation before installation of freight elevator

In order to install the hydraulic freight elevator quickly, safely and at low cost, please do the following preparations before the installation of the freight elevator:

1. Please ask the safety supervision department to confirm whether the installation site of the cargo lift complies with the relevant regulations and requirements.

2. Ensure that the installation site has good power supply, lighting facilities, etc., prepare suitable lifting equipment (such as truck cranes or forklifts, etc.), make the road smooth, and have enough space to store various parts and so on.

3. According to the requirements of the manual, prepare the foundation and ensure that the embedded parts on the foundation are buried in the correct position. People and freight elevators should be installed as close to the building as possible, so that the installation of wall mounts and stair climbing devices can be simplified.

4. Check item by item according to the delivery list. If there is any damage or omission, please report to the responsible transportation company or relevant staff within one week of the arrival of the goods.

5. If the heavy duty freight elevator has been used, please check the freight elevator according to the chapter "Maintenance and Maintenance" before installation.

6. Prepare the power supply and connect the cables to the construction site. The cable adopts 3×35+1×10, so that the voltage value on the cable is reduced to the minimum value, and the voltage drop on the cable can be calculated according to the instructions.

7. During the entire installation process, the installer must carefully check all components and if damaged, they must be replaced or repaired.

8. The installation site should be properly isolated and warning signs should be set up.

9. The installer may have various tools at his disposal.

10. During the installation process, the platform operation box should be moved to the lifting platform, and the emergency stop button on the operation box should be pressed. During the entire installation process, the operation should be performed on the lifting platform.
