The main components of the hydraulic lifting freight elevator are: cargo platform, lifting running rail, hydraulic cylinder, ascending block (jacking frame), chain, steel wire rope, hydraulic pump station. The above components use different materials according to the load capacity and height of the hydraulic lift freight elevator.
2.loading platform installation
The cargo platform is placed horizontally at the installation site and temporarily fixed to the pit embedded parts (if there is no embedded part, expansion bolts should be used to fix the damaged iron plate before the equipment is installed, and the running rail is installed on the iron plate and welded to make it firm ). The distance between the loading platform should be 30mm-10mm between the upper and lower cargo openings.
3. the installation of the lifting rail
Freight elevator guide rails should be installed vertically on both sides of the cargo platform, welded on the embedded iron plate, 3mm away from the cargo platform, and close to the running wheels of the cargo platform. The guide rail should be fixed at the opening of each working layer. The link fixing points between the two guide rails need to be separated by 2 meters with a connecting material, and a derrick should be built between each layer (if it is installed in the hoistway, the distance between the guide rail and the wall is 2 meters)
4. the installation of hydraulic cylinders
It is installed in the middle of the two guide rails, not skewed, and placed vertically to ensure the smooth expansion and contraction of the cylinder piston.
5. the installation of the upper and lower carriages
It is installed on the top of the cylinder, and is connected to the loading platform with a chain (our company generally uses a plate chain). There is a chain synchronous steel wire rope parallel to the chain, which plays a protective role to prevent the chain from breaking and temporarily drag the load down.
6.Installation of hydraulic pump station
Put it next to the hydraulic lift freight elevator, if you want to install sun protection, rain protection cover outdoors.
