Q235B carbon steel is the most mainstream guide rail material for conventional reciprocating rail lifts in the industry. The common profiles include cold-drawn solid T-shaped guide rail, H-beam, channel steel and thick-walled rectangular pipe. For general roller-guided reciprocating lifts, H-beam and square tube are the most widely used rail structures.

2. Q355B Low Alloy High Strength Steel (Heavy-Duty Preferred Material)
Q355B high-strength steel (updated from Q345B) is the preferred guide rail material for heavy-duty reciprocating rail lifts and high-frequency continuous operation equipment. It adopts H-beam, thick-walled rectangular tube and customized T-section steel as the main rail profiles.
