1. Material & Anti-Corrosion Standard (Core Difference)

Standard carbon steel frame + ordinary electrostatic painting, no special anti-rust treatment required, indoor dry environment avoids corrosion.

Two installation modes available: pit-mounted installation (reserved 150–300mm drainage pit inside hoistway for draining indoor accumulated water) and pit-free floor-mounted installation (directly fixed on reinforced concrete indoor floor ≥150mm thick).
Fix the main guide rail to indoor load-bearing walls with chemical anchor bolts; hoistway can be enclosed by drywall, glass partition to integrate with indoor decoration.
Civil transformation scope is limited inside the house; no external ground reconstruction, no need to occupy courtyard or outdoor green space.
Construction period: 3–5 working days with minimal dust and noise, suitable for renovated houses.
Outdoor Wheelchair Lift Installation
Must build independent reinforced concrete foundation pad (150mm thick C30 concrete with steel mesh), extending 30cm outward around the lift base, preventing foundation settlement caused by outdoor soil loosening, frost heave and rain erosion.
Need independent outdoor drainage system around the foundation to drain rainwater away from the lift base and avoid water soaking the hydraulic system.
