All pipe joints used on cargo lifters and pallet stacker should be cleaned with kerosene before installation. The o-shaped sealing ring inside should be temporarily removed for storage, and then put on after the formal installation;
During the construction, keep the oil ports, pipe joints, pipe ends and other openings of pumps, distributors and other equipment clean and prevent foreign objects such as water and dust from entering;
The pipeline should be laid in a free state, and the welded pipeline shall not be forced to be fixed and connected by applying excessive radial force;
The oil hole of the bearing seat should be checked in advance, whether the internal oil circuit of the freight lift elevators and the electric forklift is unblocked, and whether the thread of the oil port matches the joint.
