Inspection, maintenance and repair of self-propelled scissor lift work platform
Check before starting:
(1) Before starting the aerial work platform, check the surface for leakage (oil fire, battery electrolyte) or foreign matter.
(2) Check whether the structure of the lifting equipment is dented, damaged, welded, base material fractured or other unqualified conditions.
(3) Check whether the signs and signs of the scissor lift table are clean, clearly visible, and whether the safety operation manual has been placed in the storage box.
(4) Check whether the battery power of the self-propelled lifting platform is sufficient and whether the hydraulic oil level meets the requirements.
(5) Check to ensure that the anchor point of the traction cable of the scissor lift platform is firm and does not shake.
(6) Check whether the area around the table door is clean and whether the workbench is clean and free of oil stains.
(7) Check whether the action of the actuator, including lifting, driving and other commands, is reliable. When the emergency button is pressed during the action, the equipment stops all actions.
All of the above can be used normally only after they are normal before starting.
Check the hydraulic oil level, battery power and tire appearance wear of the mobile lifting platform every day. If abnormalities are found, the person in charge of the project shall be notified, and the person in charge of the project shall contact the equipment manufacturer for disassembly, assembly and maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and repair by yourself.
