The emergence of electric scissor lift carts represents an improvement on the functionality of manual lift table carts. Ordinary mobile scissor lift carts use a foot-operated hydraulic cylinder to slowly raise the scissor lift. Its significant drawbacks are slow, unstable lifting, and high labor intensity. Electric scissor lift carts replace manual labor with electric power by adding batteries and an electric pump station. The obvious advantages are very fast lifting speed, a stable platform during lifting without jamming, and reduced labor intensity. Its disadvantage is that the added battery and motor increase the weight of the cart, making it more strenuous for the user to move.
The battery and pump station of the electric scissor lift cart can be placed in two ways. The first is to place them at the bottom of the cart, with a control handle positioned near the handlebars. This reduces the cart's length, making it suitable for use in confined spaces. The second option is to place the battery and pump station on one side of the mobile scissor lift cart, along with the handlebars. The advantage of this design is that it utilizes some of the handle space, and the control box can be opened from the side to monitor the status of the battery and pump station at any time, facilitating maintenance.
