Semi-electric reclaimers over 3.3 meters tall have their outriggers fixed to the chassis and can be secured by simply tightening the outriggers. Semi-electric reclaimers over 3.3 meters tall require their outriggers to be extended. This primarily increases the load-bearing area of the base and protects the user.
Fully electric reclaimers offer superior safety and convenience over semi-electric reclaimers, but they are also significantly more expensive. Therefore, for smaller warehouses with limited budgets, semi-electric reclaimers are suitable. For more affordable and long-term use, fully electric reclaimers are undoubtedly the most suitable choice.
