The selection of electric pallet truck filters should consider the following points:
(1) It has sufficient oil-passing capacity and small pressure loss. Generally, the oil passing capacity of the filter is greater than twice the actual flow rate, or greater than the maximum flow rate of the pipeline.
(2) The filtration precision should meet the design requirements. The pressure of the general hydraulic system is different, and the requirements for the filtration precision are also different. The higher the system pressure is, the smaller the clearance of hydraulic components is required, so the higher the filtration precision is, and the filtration precision is closely related to the hydraulic system pressure.
