Working performance of electric forklift forks
When the stacker worktable is raised and lowered, the forks shall meet the design requirements for the access position and the highest and lowest working positions of each cargo position. Under the condition of the fork carrying the rated load, the working stroke should meet the design requirements, and when the fork reaches the maximum stroke, the lower deflection of the fork should be less than 20mm. The rated speed error of the fork extension is not more than ±5%, and the stop accuracy of the fork extension and reset is less than ±5mm. For safety, it is required that the fork encounters obstacles during the extension process, and when the resistance reaches a certain value, the fork stops the extension movement.
Operation performance of electric forklift stacker
The rated speed of the stacker operation should conform to the design value, and the error should be less than ±10mm.
Lifting performance of cargo platform
The rated lifting speed of the cargo platform should meet the design requirements, the error should be less than ±5%, there should be no strong vibration during speed shifting, and it should have good braking performance, and its parking accuracy should be less than ±10mm.
Dynamic load test
During the debugging process of the stacker, a dynamic load test must be carried out, and the test load is 1.25 times the rated load. Under the condition of 1.25 times the load, the stacker operation, the lifting and lowering of the cargo platform and the fork telescopic test are carried out, and the movement and function of each part are required to be normal.
