The diameter of the rim of the front wheel must be greater than or equal to 0.75 mm, and the outer edge should be smooth without cracks or scratches. The thickness of the rim is not less than 0.50 mm, the thickness of the rim is greater than 4 mm, and the width is less than 200 mm. The rim is not allowed to be deformed or bulged. The number of supporting bolt holes of pallet stacker shall not be less than 4 and the spacing shall not be greater than 2 mm; the screws on the wheel mounting bolts of electric forklifts must be tightened with clamps, and the two bolt seats shall be compacted with gaskets. The frame on the axle of the stacker must have sufficient strength to withstand its axial load or its rear wheel load and produce excessive vibration when excessive deformation occurs; twisting deformation and lateral deformation must not occur; stackers Wheels are not allowed to be distorted, worn and severely fluffed; bolt holes are not larger than 5 mm; rim diameter is not larger than 35 mm; scratches and wear are not allowed; the front fork cannot be installed on the rear wheel; Connected; must be checked before use.
