Adding hydraulic oil to a pallet stacker is a straightforward process, but it should be done carefully to ensure the system works properly. Here's a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Park the Stacker Safely
- Ensure the pallet stacker is on a level surface.
- Lower the forks to the lowest position to relieve pressure from the hydraulic system.
- Turn off the stacker (if motorized) and disconnect the power or ensure it's locked out.
Step 2: Locate the Hydraulic Oil Tank
Use a hexagon screwdriver to remove the outer shell of the pallet stacker.

Step 3: Clean the Area
