2. Unloading
1) When using pallet stacker to unload, keep the forks perpendicular to the shelf. Carefully approach the shelf and insert it into the bottom of the pallet
2) Raise the fork to the required height and slowly move it to the unloading platform. At the same time, ensure that the fork can easily enter the pallet and the goods are in a safe position of the fork
3) Lift the fork until the pallet is lifted from the shelf
4) Back slowly in the passage
5) Lower the cargo slowly to ensure that the fork does not hit obstacles during the lowering process. Note: During the lifting of the goods, the steering and braking operations must be slow and careful
6) Leave the stacker and move the fork out of the pallet
3. Stacking
1) Keep the goods in the low position of the stacker and approach the shelves carefully.
2) Lift the goods above the shelf level
3) Go forward slowly and stop when the goods are above the shelf. At this time, put down the pallet, pay attention to the fork not to exert force on the shelf under the goods to ensure that the goods are in a safe position
4) Back slowly and make sure the tray is in a stable position
5) Lower the fork to a position where the stacker can travel
4. Stacker safety facilities
1) Main switch: main power switch
2) Foot brake: reliable parking brake
3) Flow limiting valve: control the descending speed
4) Pressure limiting valve: control load
5) Protection net: protect the driver
5. Prohibited
1) It is forbidden to operate electric stackers after drinking alcohol
2) The stacking of overloaded, uneven and flat goods is prohibited.
3) Straddle operation is prohibited
4) Don't stop on ramps or steps
