The method and sequence of the dismantling of the freight elevator is basically the opposite of that of the installation. Here are only some main operations and detailed precautions:
1. First, read the "Safety Precautions" in the freight elevator installation manual.
2. Fence the area near the freight elevator and set up a sign "Beware of Falling Objects".
3. Raise the lift platform to the middle of the rail frame and remove the two limit switches.
4. Remove the elevator rail bolts, aisle vertical rods, wall mounts, etc.
5. Move the freight elevator control box to the lifting platform, move the lifting platform to the bottom of the freight elevator, turn off the emergency stop switches of the control boxes on all floors, and install the boom and safety fence.
6. Remove the cable guides, struts, etc.
7. Cut off the main power supply, remove the power cable, release the brake brake of the freight elevator motor, and remove the oil pipe of the pressure relief valve of the hydraulic pump station, so that the hydraulic oil in the oil cylinder can be discharged smoothly.
8. Remove all control cables and power supply cables of the freight elevator.
9. If the removal space is relatively large, the oil cylinder does not need to be removed immediately, but can be removed together with the guide rail bracket before removing the oil cylinder.
