Adjustment of guide rail freight elevator elevator components:
(1) Adjust the contact between the rollers of the freight elevator and the riser of the guide rail frame.
(2) Adjustment of the lower limit stroke switch of the lifting platform: when the freight elevator is erected, the height of the tip of the touching iron block is adjusted to 3.25m; during normal operation, it is adjusted to about 2.6m.
(3) Adjust the touching iron blocks of freight elevators: first adjust the touching iron blocks on the first floor, and then adjust the rest of the floors according to the same height. The adjustment method is: make the lifting platform load 500kg, fix the touch switch in the middle of the pipe clamp, the height is 2.21m from the station platform, raise the lifting platform, and adjust it according to its collision situation and docking position.
(4) The lower limit position touches the iron block: adjust the lower limit position of the lifting platform to touch the iron so that the distance from the lower tip to the axis of the limit switch is not greater than 20mm.
(5) Speed limit brake: The guide rail freight elevator lifting platform has been adjusted according to the specified speed when it leaves the factory, and it is not allowed to be adjusted arbitrarily under normal circumstances. However, it must be inspected and recalibrated every six months; when there is a deviation between the top surface of the teeth of the brake wedge and the surface of the frame tube, it can be corrected by adjusting the guide wheel at the lower part of the lifting platform.
(6) Electromagnetic braking force of the motor: When the friction plate of the electromagnetic brake is worn out, the gap will increase and the braking force will decrease. This is not allowed and should be adjusted according to the regulations of the motor manual;
(7) The highest limit touch iron block: When the highest limit switch touches the touch iron block and stops, the platform docking error needs to be kept within 1cm.
(8) After the speed limiter of the freight elevator is activated, it must be restored and adjusted in time.
