1. Remote control,
For some usage scenarios with a relatively high degree of automation, users can use the remote control to control the ascent and descent of the freight elevator after loading the goods, saving time for personnel to travel back and forth;
2. Warning light,
For freight elevators equipped with warning lights, when the freight elevator rises and falls, the warning lights will flash and sound an alarm to remind other people not to approach, which is a kind of product safety protection measure.
3. Leveling rope,
For large-load double guide rail freight elevators, when the load deviation on the lifting platform is relatively large, the freight elevator platform will tilt. In order to avoid this problem, a leveling wire rope can be added.
4. Anti-fall support rod,
For double guide rail freight elevators, when there are heavy objects that need to stay on the second floor, the pressure on the oil cylinder and oil pipe will be relatively high, and the platform will drop slightly after long-term use. In order to solve this problem, electric support rods can be installed on the freight elevator. When the freight elevator reaches the second floor, the support rods will automatically pop up. The support rods will fix the freight elevator table at the second floor position, reducing the pressure on the hydraulic system and increasing the service life of the freight elevator.
5. Protective net or rolling shutter door
When the freight elevator is in use, it is easy for objects to enter and cause danger on the first floor, and it is easy for objects to fall on the second floor. In order to avoid this problem, it is necessary to choose a protective net or rolling shutter door.
6. PLC control
According to different usage conditions, when faced with more complex usage scenarios, PLC control can be selected. But the biggest drawback of PLC control is that once damage occurs, the freight elevator will be completely unusable.
7. Power off the electromagnetic lock and door opening
In order to prevent the door from suddenly opening when the freight elevator is ascending or descending, it is very necessary to install the optional electromagnetic lock and door-opening power-off function.
