Can the freight elevator be used immediately after delivery?

Can a rail-type freight elevator for warehouse use be used immediately upon receipt?
Upon receipt of a rail-type freight elevator, a simple inspection and installation are required. Please note the following points:
1. Check that the cargo elevator's components are complete, including the main frame, hydraulic system, and electronic control system. The hydraulic system includes the hydraulic pump station, explosion-proof pipes, and hydraulic cylinders; the electronic control system includes the electronic control box, limit switches, and a digital controller.
2. After the inspection, the main steel frame needs to be secured to the wall. A single-rail freight elevator requires at least six anchor points (two on the ground, two in the middle, and two at the top); a double-rail freight elevator requires at least 12 anchor points. Since rail-type freight elevators are essentially assembled before shipment, customers only need to connect and secure the rails upon receipt for normal use.
3. Customers need to prepare their own hydraulic oil. Since liquids are not permitted in sea transportation, the hydraulic oil must be drained after each test. Once the elevator frame is assembled, connect the pump station and cylinder with explosion-proof pipes and add the hydraulic oil. Fill the hydraulic oil until it touches the gauge by more than 2 cm.
4. The electrical control box is factory-tested. Upon receipt, customers only need to connect the corresponding terminals for the low-voltage circuit breaker. For the high-voltage circuit breaker, connect the power cord of the hydraulic pump station to the terminal block.
5. Once these steps are complete, you can power on the elevator for testing. Due to possible installation errors, you will need to fine-tune the travel switches on the elevator platform to ensure that the platform is flush with the second-floor floor.
Once these steps are complete, the cargo lift can be used normally! In addition, remember to perform regular maintenance and replace the hydraulic oil.
