Working principle of hydraulic freight elevator

1. When the hydraulic goods elevator is going to work, first turn on the power supply, press the start button, the motor of the hydraulic power unit works to drive the gear pump, the hydraulic oil is formed by the vane pump to a certain pressure, and passes through the oil filter; explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve ; Throttle valve; hydraulic control one-way valve; balance valve enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder to make the piston of the hydraulic cylinder move upward and lift the weight.

  2. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downwards (the weight drops), the hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil returns from the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the balance valve; hydraulic control check valve; throttle valve, septum The explosion type solenoid directional valve returns to the fuel tank.

  3.In order to make the heavy objects fall smoothly and the braking is safe and reliable, a balance valve and a balance circuit are set on the oil return path; the pressure is maintained so that the descending speed is not changed by the weight, and the throttle valve adjusts the flow rate and controls the lifting speed.

  4.In order to make the brake safe and reliable, and prevent accidents, the hydraulic freight elevator can add a hydraulic control check valve, that is, a hydraulic lock, to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safely self-locked when the hydraulic pipeline bursts accidentally and prolong the service life.

  5. The hydraulic freight lift is a whole composed of the working platform and the electrical control system used to manipulate them, the lifting arm, the running mechanism, and the hydraulic power unit.
