Measure fully lowered minimum height (pit depth required) and fully raised maximum working height, reserve overhead clearance for safety.
Single scissor: 0.5–2m stroke; double/triple scissor: up to 6m for multi-floor cargo transfer.
Confirm pit construction: Most standard models need a 15–30cm recessed pit; opt for pit-free models if site renovation is restricted.
(3) Platform Table Size
Match pallet, trolley, or cargo dimensions; leave extra space for operators and forklift loading/unloading.
Optional add-ons: roller conveyors, tilt tables, guardrails, entry ramps for dock loading.
(4) Cycle Frequency & Lifting Speed
High-cycle workshop/logistics scenarios (≥30 lifts/hour) require reinforced bearings, thickened scissor arms and heavy-duty pump stations.
Standard lifting speed: 3–6 m/min; adjustable flow valves for slow, precise positioning in assembly lines.
