

The order picker is mainly composed of cantilever part, traveling mechanism, hydraulic system, incoming car, track part, cable pit, power cable reel, control cable reel, limit switch device, etc.
The traveling mechanism consists of a gantry and a traveling drive device. The gantry is hinged with the upper cantilever through the ball hinge, and the full weight of the stacking arm is pressed on the gantry. Both sides of the lower end of the gantry are hinged with two sets of driving devices (4 sets of driving devices in total). Each drive unit is driven by a 2.2kw motor. The drive device realizes soft start and delayed braking. The lower part of the gantry is provided with a platform for installing the hydraulic station of the luffing mechanism. The traveling driving device adopts the transmission form of the motor-brake-reducer-wheel system, and the synchronous operation of the driving system is realized by the rigidity of the structure. Both ends of the wheel frame are provided with buffers and track cleaners. A set of travel limit devices is hoisted on the beam of the gantry, and all travel limit switches are installed on the hanger rod, and travel synchronously with the stacker to realize the limiter of the order picker. (Refer to the drawings and electrical instructions for the detailed description of the limit switch function.) One is used during normal operation, and the other is used as limit protection.
There is a counterweight box at the tail of the cantilever, and the box is equipped with cast iron and concrete counterweight blocks. There are walking platforms on both sides of the cantilever, and hot-dip galvanized steel gratings are laid on the walking platforms, which lead to the front end of the cantilever for maintenance and inspection of the tape machine. The lower part of the cantilever is provided with two supporting glue points, one is hinged with the upper part of the gantry of the traveling mechanism, so that the boom can be pitched in the vertical plane around the hinge point; the other is hinged with the piston rod end of the hydraulic cylinder through the joint bearing , as the piston rod extends and retracts in the oil cylinder, the boom luffing motion is realized. The tail of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the lower part of the gantry through a ball hinge. In order to transmit the lateral load, a shear bearing is provided at the upper hinge point of the gantry. There are angle limit switches at the hinge points of the cantilever and the triangular gantry.
