





Static stiffness test of electric forklift stacker
The static stiffness test load of the stacker is the rated lifting weight. The measurement is performed when the cargo platform is raised to the upper limit of the column. When the lifting height is not greater than 10m, its static stiffness value should be less than H/2000; when the lifting height is greater than 10m, its static stiffness value should be less than H/1500. H is the full height of the stacker.
Failure-free rate of electric stacker:
In order to ensure the normal operation of the automated warehouse, the failure-free rate of the stacker is required to be greater than 97%.
The noise of the stacker:
It is required that the stacker noise must be controlled within 84dB(A).
In order to design and manufacture a pallet stacker with excellent performance, the design reference points of the stacker are as follows:
1. Lifting gravity
Lifting gravity includes spreader gravity. The rated load is equal to the lifting weight minus the spreader weight.
2. Horizontal load
In order to obtain the inertial force when the spreader is stopped in an emergency, the outer frame is analyzed as a hanger structure. In order to find the deformation that determines the steel structure, the stress and strain must be calculated.
3. Increase the coefficient
When designing the fork, in order to prevent the goods from tipping over under special load conditions, the size of the fork should be increased compared with the corresponding original design size.
4. Cycle times (lifetime)
The working time of the stacker is 8h/day, 300 days/year, 1 working cycle is 100s, the starting rate is 0.7, and the service life is calculated as 10 years.
