Safe operating procedures:
1. The operators of stacker trucks are not allowed to drive under the influence, overweight, high altitude, speeding, braking, sharp turns, and entering places where solvents and flammable gases are stored.
2. Vehicle safety devices must be complete and intact, with sensitive and effective components, and excellent technical performance. It is strictly forbidden to drive a stacker with illness.
3. Maintain standard driving conditions. When the fork of the pallet stacker is driving off the ground, the fork is 10-20 cm off the ground, and when it stops, it will drop to the ground and drive left and right. Reduce driving speed when working on bad roads.
4. If the electronic controller is out of control during the driving of the forklift, the main power supply should be disconnected in time.
5. When the hydraulic stacker starts and the vehicle speed increases, stabilize the throttle knob. If the road conditions are good, the stacker will continue to accelerate. When the vehicle needs to decelerate, release the accelerator and gently press the brake button to make full use of the deceleration energy. If the vehicle has a regenerative braking function, it can recover the kinetic energy during deceleration. When the vehicle is going downhill, do not disconnect the circuit of the drive motor, and gently press the brake button to make the forklift stacker run in a regenerative braking state, and use the downward kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the loss of the drive motor.
6. Do not brake frequently when the stacker is driving at high speed; otherwise, it will cause huge friction between the brake assembly and the driving wheel, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and the driving wheel, or even damage the brake assembly and the driving wheel.
