






Walkie stackers are commonly used equipment for short-distance handling and stacking of goods in warehouses, supermarkets, workshops, and other scenarios. Their core characteristics are small size, flexible operation, and manual walking traction/control. Based on power type and structural function, they can be divided into the following categories:
1. Manual Walkie Stacker: No power source, relying on foot pedals to lift the forks, and manually pulled by a handle for movement, equipped with a manual brake.
Features: Simple structure, lightweight, low price, and very low maintenance costs; however, the lifting height is limited (generally ≤3m), and the load capacity is weak (0.5–2t), requiring significant manual effort.
Applicable scenarios: Light-load, small-batch goods handling, such as restocking shelves in convenience stores and sporadic picking in small warehouses, suitable for narrow aisle operations.
2. Semi-Electric Walkie Stacker: Electric lifting, manual walking. Equipped with a small motor and battery to drive the fork lifting, while walking still requires manual traction.
Features: Compared to the manual version, it saves lifting effort, has a higher lifting height (up to 4m), and a load capacity of 1–1.5t; it does not require a complex drive system, has a moderate price, and is easy to maintain.
Applicable scenarios: Medium-load, medium-height lifting scenarios, such as distribution areas in e-commerce warehouses and raw material transfer in manufacturing workshops, balancing efficiency and cost.
3. Fully Electric Walkie Stacker: Electric lifting and walking. Equipped with a walking motor, lifting motor, and large-capacity battery. The operating handle integrates forward/reverse, speed control, and lifting buttons. A standing platform option is also available (still classified as a walkie stacker, distinct from seated forklifts).
Features: High degree of automation, labor-saving and efficient, lifting height up to 5m, load capacity of 1.5–2t; equipped with safety devices such as electromagnetic brakes and overload protection, with a high protection level.
Applicable scenarios: Medium-to-heavy load, high-frequency operation scenarios, such as stacking goods on shelves in large warehouses and cold chain storage (requiring explosion-proof/waterproof models), suitable for environments with aisle widths ≥1.8m.
